📦 When Do Orders Ship? How Does Shipping Work?
All items are handmade in small batches and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume times (like Sabbat drops, seasonal launches, holidays), processing may take a little longer, thank you for your patience!

You'll receive a tracking number (where applicable) as soon as your order is on its way. If you need your order by a specific date, please message me before purchasing and I’ll do my best to make magic happen.

Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, I am not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If something goes wrong that isn’t on my end (like a parcel marked “delivered” but not received), please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. I’m happy to assist if I can, but postal errors are beyond my control.
